'20 Minutes to Your Best BODY' is an online fitness training program I developed after being in the fitness industry for over 25 years. After years of low impact, high impact, and step aerobics...power walking...hours in the gym with machines and free weights, kickboxing, often teaching 4-5 classes a day...and seeing diminishing results and frequent joint and muscle injuries, I realized a change was needed. This program was developed as a result of those experiences and years of research. The KBFIT exercise model is Simple, FUN, Fast, Efficient and Effective. It's 20 minutes of Intensity and Density, combined with explosive moves working in multiple dimensions. The goal is to recruit as much muscle as possible simultaneously - eliciting a metabolic and anabolic response so you get maximum results in the shortest amount of time, Burning fat and Building muscle in the same workout! You also create a MASSIVE AFTERBURN! You never plateau because there is so much variety and muscle confusion thrown into the mix, so your body continues to morph, adapt and change and get better and better.
Hormones and Muscle loss are significant contributors to fat storage and weight gain for both men and women, and both of these play an increasing role as we age. Hormones dictate how we age, how we deposit fat, how much fat and where. My training model addresses and targets hormones, helping the body release stored fat and elicits de-aging hormonal responses...in other words, it's an anti-aging fitness program. Since switching from a conventional training model to KBFIT, I'm in the best shape of my life and I am in my 50s (57) and have had 4 kids!!! I know this system works. It still continues to amaze me that after all these years in the industry and the countless hours I spent at the gym everyday, I can get results like this in 20 MINUTES!! Once you Subscribe, you get exclusive access to the Subscribers Only page where a new workout video is uploaded every week with me demo-ing the workout so you can see exactly how it's done, the mode and tempo and intensity. You can also view or download and print written instructions telling you the details and additional information on fitness tips or food management ideas. The video is only 3 min showing you how it's done, so you aren't sitting there watching me do the workout. You watch it, Do It and BAM your done! When you do the workouts I want you to focus all your attention on putting the most energy you can into your workout, so that you can get optimal results. The exercise prescriptions are new every week, and the exercises are stacked in a specific order to get maximum benefit, with lots of variety to create plenty of muscle confusion so your body never adjusts completely to a routine, forcing it to keep adapting and changing and never plateauing. In addition to the benefits of the 20/20 Program it also includes an initial assessment to evaluate your fitness level, overall health and goals, plus follow up consultation as needed. The initial assessment is done by having you fill out a simple set of forms that are emailed to you or downloaded from the website, which is then reviewed by KBFIT and specific feedback is given to you. You will also have access to KBFIT to get your questions answered and receive further consultation by email. If necessary someone will call you or email you to go over any fitness or health issues. The monthly fee is just $79/month as a Premium Program subscriber. You can also start on the Premium Program and then go to the 20/20 Program later, if desired
